With gratitude, we look back on a challenging period marked by quarantine, emergency relief and home schooling. Together with you, we were able to offer over 70 children growing up in extreme poverty educational opportunities and hope for the future. The changing situation demands creativity and customization in the fight against poverty. Great need
Starting in March, Pasuk students and their families should stay home as much as possible. People living below the poverty line already have challenges making ends meet in everyday life. Not being allowed to work creates even greater problems in families. There is hunger and distress. There is fear and boredom. There is no escape from domestic violence. And because the children cannot attend school, they fall behind in education. In Action
Immediately Pasuk Foundation springs into action to help the children and their families in their basic needs. The fundraising campaign gets underway quickly. Thanks to your help, we are making a vital difference in the family situation. Every week we get to distribute food packages consisting of rice, vegetables, potato, oil, dried fish and vitamin tablets. The children and their parents are extremely grateful that they are thought of. Help and comfort
Board chairman Martijn Ros: "It was an eventful year for everyone, in which stress and hunger during the lockdown were alternated with joy and gratitude for the emergency help we were able to provide. We praise our Lord that He always provided everything, so that we could offer the Pasuk families the practical help and comfort that was so needed." Financially healthy
Pasuk Foundation is a volunteer organization and makes full use of the time and talents of volunteers, products and services from companies and various subsidies. This is how we keep our organizational costs low. Over 98% of donations received benefit the Pasuk child development program. Despite additional expenses for emergency relief, we are financially healthy and may end the year with a positive result - something to be thankful for. Annual Report
