This dire situation is the daily reality for millions of children in the Philippines. Slums, where lack of basic needs and educational opportunities are the norm, are often places of hopelessness and extreme poverty. But in the midst of these challenges, hope is shining for the most vulnerable children.

Our Mission
Pasuk Foundation is a Christian child development aid organization and has been active in the Philippines for more than 20 years. We believe that every child is unique and valuable. Therefore, we want to empower vulnerable children to develop their talents and achieve the purpose for which they were created. In cooperation with church partners in the Philippines, Pasuk Foundation offers hope and education to these children. Hope, through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And we provide educational opportunities to the children, to encourage their growth and self-reliance.
Job Description
As a new board member, you are jointly responsible for the vision and policies of Pasuk Foundation. You think proactively about the Pasuk programs and use your talents to further develop the organization. Your specific responsibility is to manage and monitor the finances of the foundation. You liaise with the bank, the bookkeeper and the accountant. You take care of the annual accounts and provide the board with interim financial reports.

Your profile
You are a follower of Jesus Christ and agree with Pasuk Foundation's vision, mission and statement of faith. You have at least college level and accounting experience. You are conscientious and proactive.
