Christmas – Celebrating the Gift of Christ

On Saturday, December 13, we celebrated Christmas together with Pasuk children and their parents in Pampanga. Centered around the theme ‘Celebrating the Gift of Christ’, families gathered for an afternoon and evening filled with fellowship, games, worship, and joy. Together, we reflected on the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ – the greatest gift God has given us.

From the very moment they arrived, the joy on the children’s faces was clearly visible. The afternoon began with a warm welcome, delicious snacks, and singing well-known Christmas carols together. In a short message, ptr. Glenn reflected on the meaning of Christmas and the importance of mutual fellowship. The children actively contributed to the program by singing and presenting Bible verses – visibly with pride and enthusiasm.

Afterwards, there was plenty of time for various games. During the shared activities, the children learned to work together, help one another, and deal with winning and losing. Fun was the focus, not competition. Many parents also joined in, making the day a true family celebration.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make the Christmas celebration possible. The children were truly happy and enjoyed it so much. Thank you for the gifts, but above all for the love and support. I pray that God will continue to bless you in the years to come.”

– Bernadette (mother)

After all the activities, we enjoyed a delicious meal together. For the children, this was an extra festive moment. Later in the evening, there was time for relaxation and free time, with the swimming pool providing lots of water fun.

At the end of the program, the families received Christmas gift packages. In this way, we show that Pasuk is not only there for the children, but also cares for the whole family. Parents responded emotionally: “We are going home with gifts, but above all with beautiful memories. This was truly special. It is a day our children will never forget.”
