Bequests to children in poverty

You have been touched by Pasuk Foundation's mission and would like to support Pasuk Foundation's work. How nice! Besides helping Pasuk Foundation during your life, you can also do so after your death. You can give Pasuk Foundation a place in your will. Below we explain what this means. Testament Many Dutch people do not (yet) have a will. The government has determined by law where your assets go if you have not made a will. You can also take control by making a will. A will allows you to make another gift, so to speak, to Pasuk Foundation after you die. This can be done in two ways, namely by including a bequest or an inheritance.

Bequest A bequest is a specific making of a sum of money or an asset such as a car or a house. You can also think about an art object or a piece of jewelry. Inheritance
Pasuk Foundation can also be included as an heir in your will. Again, this can be done in two ways. You can include Pasuk Foundation as the sole heir, or as one of your heirs. In the latter case, of course, a certain percentage must be mentioned in your will.

Free advice Pasuk Foundation's resident notary, Bas Bronkhorst of Blankhart & Bronkhorst Netwerk Notarissen in Beekbergen, will be happy to help you. You can contact him for an interview. Such an interview is free of charge and completely non-committal. The notary can also advise you on other important matters you can arrange in a will, such as the appointment of an executor.  Contact Notary Mr. B.
